On this site you’ll see my art practice over the last 20 years. It comprises paintings, wall sculptures, and photography and drawing.

I work mainly in three mediums. Each informs the other. My sculptural paintings are in oils. These are 3 dimensional and interact with the light so they change for you as you walk around them.

I glue mass manufactured balsa wood sticks to canvas then carve into each returning them to a unique state. They’re my metaphor for the human race allowing me to story tell around the human condition.

I also create wall sculptures from marine ply which i then paint.

My practice is underpinned by drawing.
